MRPL Recruitment 2016- Apply Manager, Engineer, Medical Officer job vacancies in Bangalore and Mangalore

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) issued notifications to recruit management posts in various departments. Details of the post as follows.

Notification.

Name of the post: Chief Manager (sales)

• Grade of the position: E6
• Number of vacancies: 1 UR
• Location: Bangalore
• Pay scale: 51300- 73000

Eligibility: 

Educational qualifications: candidate should get qualified in engineering/MBA with at least 16 years post qualification experience, in that 6 years must be worked as a sales function in any oil company in India
Candidate may or may not have an experience in zonal/head office function pertaining to retail policies like network development, dealer management etc.

Age limit: applying candidate should not exceed 44 years as on 30.06.2016

Name of the post: Senior Manager (HR)

• Grade of the position: E5
• Number of vacancies: 1 UR
• Location: Mangalore
• Pay scale: 43200- 66000

Eligibility: 

Educational qualifications: candidate should get qualified in two years MBA/equivalent with specialisation in personnel management/HRD/HRM
Candidates who got qualified in two years post graduate degree/equivalent in personnel management/IR/labour welfare with at least 13 years post qualification experience in HR department out at which 4 years must be in a HR department of a CPSE can also apply for this job.

Eligibility:

Educational qualifications: any engineering graduate with at least 13 years post qualification experience, out of which at least 3 years must be in depot/terminal/warehouse operations in a reputed company
Candidates working in a CPSE/ government companies with higher pay scale are not applicable
Age limit: candidate should not exceed 41 years as on 30.06.2016

Name of the post: Manager (Medical Services)

Grade of the position: E4
Number of vacancies: 1 UR
Location: Mangalore
Pay scale: 36600- 62000.

Eligibility: 

Educational qualifications: applying candidate should complete graduation in MBBS with at least 60% marks including CRRI (compulsory rotatory residential internship) and should  possess a certificate of training in industrial health in any government recognised company. (Training should not be less than three months) OR may possess a recognised diploma in industrial health or equivalent.
Applicant should have at least 10 years work experience in medical administration/practice associated with an industrial establishment employing more than 100 members.
Candidates who has leadership qualities and good knowledge of overall administration of the hospital/occupational health centre can apply for this job.
Age limit: candidate should not exceed 38 years as on 30.06.2016

Name of the post: Deputy Manager (Polymer Sales)

• Pay scale: 32900- 58000

Eligibility: 

Educational qualifications: candidate should be an engineering graduate with at least 7 years post qualification experience out of which 3 years in field of sales of polymers in India.
Applicant should also have experience in polypropylene.
Candidates with Polymer / Chemical engineering background are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility: 

Educational qualifications: any engineering graduate with at least 4 years post qualification experience, out of which at least 2 years must be in a depot/terminal operation with truck loading experience in a reputed company operating depot and terminals for liquid petroleum products.

Eligibility: 

Educational qualifications: candidate having  graduation in mechanical engineering with at least 60% marks are eligible
Candidates should have maintenance/project background with minimum 4 years post qualification experience in Refinery /Petrochemical /Fertilizer /Chemical/Engineering or Consultancy Services in above listed sectors with knowledge in shutdown/project planning, budgeting, contracts management and proficiency in computer packages like MS Word, excel and power point

Name of the post: Senior Manager (Electrical)

Eligibility: 

Educational qualifications: candidate should complete his graduation in electrical engineering only with 60% marks are eligible.
Candidates should have minimum 4 years post qualification industrial experience in electrical jobs in Power industry or the following continuous process industries: Refinery/ Petrochemical/ Chemical/ Fertilizer/ Cement/ Oil and Gas/ Iron and Steel.

Name of the post: Senior Manager (Safety)

Eligibility: 

Educational qualifications: candidate should complete graduation in engineering with post-graduation diploma in industrial safety as per factories act 1948
Candidate should have minimum of 4 years supervisory cadre working experience in Refinery/Petrochemical Complex/Fertilizers

Eligibility: 

Educational qualifications:  Should complete MBBS with minimum 60% marks with completion of compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) and possess a Certificate of Training in Industrial Health, of minimum three months duration, recognized by the state Government.
OR should complete  MBBS with minimum 60% marks with completion of Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) with a recognized Diploma in Industrial Health or equivalent
Age limit: applicant should not exceed 28 years as on 30.06.2016

Note: Candidates who all are working for government/CPSE with same pay  scale are not eligible to apply these jobs.
