- Number of posts vacant- One
- Education qualification- 8th pass and must posses a valid driving licence for two wheeler or three wheeler. Central or State government employs holding same position are also eligible.
- Age- Not more than 56 years. 64 for candidates applying for re-employment.
- Period of contract- One year.

- Eligibility criteria- Any officers holding analogous posts in Central or State governments or worked in Supreme Court or High Court or District courts or JAG in Army, Navy and Air Force are eligible. He/ She must posses a valid law degree from a recognized college or university.
- Nature of the post- Deputation or contract basis for the period of one year.
